Important Information:

• Our clock starts when we arrive to your location and stops when we finish the job, in order to save you money.
• Standard Fayetteville/Springdale/Rogers/Bentonville area travel fee: $60 per truck.
• Travel rate outside of our standard operating area: $2.00 per mile, beginning and ending at our truck lot in Springdale.
• $15 shrink wrap fee (opt-out waiver available).
• Heavy items fee: $75 (no baby grand pianos or pianos/safes over 400 pounds).
• $25 packing supply fee per 500 square feet (box costs also apply).
• $150 overnight storage fee per truck. Each additional night will incur an additional $100 fee (this will also apply if the unload begins after 12pm the next day).
• 3% processing fee for all card transactions.
• PLEASE NOTE: moving and packing services need to be scheduled separately. Our standard moving rate does not include the packing of items into boxes. Please schedule a packing service with us prior to moving day if this is needed.
